Adjusting your meeting settings

We recommend adjusting and customizing Meetings to your own preferences to make it the perfect fit for your journey. Let's discuss the basic Meeting options and settings in only 6 quick steps.

1. To access your Meeting Settings, go to the Meeting page through the menu on the left. Click the three dots of the Meeting you wish to set up or change. From there, click Meeting Settings.

2. In the Meeting Settings, you can set the acronym, Meeting color, and add the video conference URL.
In the Attendees section, choose the Permission level for every user on the right side from the dropdown menu. You can also remove users by clicking the trash can symbol. Please note: you cannot change the permissions for an Admin.

Check out the Permissions breakdown to learn what every permission does:

  • Meeting admin: can view, create and edit all meeting content. Can access and change settings for meetings. We recommend this for meeting leaders.
  • Full editor: can view and edit all meeting content.
  • Basic editor: can view all meeting content but only edit their items.

3. Under Advanced Preferences, Switch celebrations for various milestones on or off by clicking on the red slider button. Toggle between Snaps, Claps, Confetti, and Fireworks.

4. Set your Scoreboards up by choosing the week start date, the highlighted column, and turn Aggregate Scoreboards on or off. Set your quarters up to your liking. The default is set so that every quarter ends on the last day of March, June, September, and December respectively. You can change this to fit your company’s quarters.

5. Choose whether to send a Meeting summary to users outside the Meeting. This is especially useful for managers who want to be in the loop and get a summary, but cannot attend a meeting.

6. Finally, it is possible to delete the meeting from this page by clicking the red “Delete meeting” button.
