How to whitelist our emails

Whitelisting is the process of adding an email to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam folder. When you whitelist an email address, you confirm that you know and trust the sender. Whitelisting is quick and easy to do, and can save time and energy. 


For our invitation, activation, help, and other emails to get to your inbox safely, it would be best if you went into your email client and whitelisted our domain. Otherwise, there is a risk that your email client will recognize our emails as spam, which will unnecessarily complicate the account activation process.
